Steven Reddy, founder and CEO of SR Properties coming from a highly trained and skilled background in the property industry. Worked for a small property company for a year, then went on to join JHI Real Estate for six years. He was Top Broker of the year 2002 and 2003. He is called the “King of the CDB”.

He then joined Broll Properties and was with them for a year. He was Top Broker of the year 2004. He resigned 15 January 2005. On leaving went on to open his own BEE property company STEVEN REDDY PROPERTIES cc t/a SR PROPERTIES cc.

The company SR Properties opened its doors 27 January 2005. The first deal was concluded on the 1st February 2005 ever since the company has gone from strength to strength.

The company has concluded many major deals with Nationals and Locals tenants. There are no deals too big or small that SR Properties cannot handle.Concluded various Investment Sales of buildings in and around KZN. The company has purchased two buildings. Purchased land for development on the North Coast for both Commercial and Residential in an extent of 33 hectors. Development to commence soon.

The company SR Properties is on par with all the leading property companies in KZN with regards to Sales and Leasing. The key secret for this company to have outperformed itself for the past two and a half years is solely being reliant on God.
